Women’s Fund for Microfinance – a member of Tanmeyah – participated in the 17th edition of the Sanabel Conference, in a presence that reflects its leading position in the microfinance sector across the region.
As part of the conference panel discussions, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Maha Al-Saeed, took part in a session titled: “Over-Indebtedness in the Arab World: From Early Warning Indicators to Systemic Solutions,” where she highlighted the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence in mitigating financial overexposure risks, and emphasized the importance of developing responsible financial products that promote financial inclusion and protect clients.
In another session titled “Supportive Partnerships for SMEs,” Ms. Samar Al-Ghalayit, Branch Network Director, participated and presented the advantages of the “Mashrou’ak Ma’ana” financing program, as well as the strategic partnership with the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation and the Central Bank of Jordan to support the sustainability of small and medium enterprises.
This participation reflects the company’s 30-year journey in economically empowering women and reinforcing their role in building sustainable businesses and resilient communities.
