Training & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage training programs
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance, and evaluation
• Support HR and administrative functions
• Maintain documentation and staff development records

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in admin or training coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in the microcredit sector is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
