Operations Manager (formerly Finance Manager)

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and operational reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in microcredit programs
