Compliance & Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead internal audits and reporting processes
• Promote a culture of accountability and ethical conduct

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Risk, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance and risk roles, ideally in microcredit organizations
• Strong understanding of operational risk and regulatory frameworks
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
