Branch managers

Location: Amman – Irbid – Zarqa – Madaba – Karak – Tafila – Aqaba – Ma’an – Ajloun – Jerash – Mafraq – Balqa – wadi mousa – qour alsafi

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage branch grant and collection targets and supervise the implementation of marketing plans in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  2. Supervise subordinate staff and oversee their training.
  3. Market the company’s services and products through regular field visits and attract new clients.
  4. Communicate with clients and collect due/overdue payments. Ensure prompt and efficient response to client inquiries and complaints.
  5. Review achievements against set targets and take necessary actions to meet objectives.
  6. Responsible for the custody and management of the receipt voucher book in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in branch operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • Ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong decision-making skills with supervisory and managerial capabilities.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Ability to perform under work pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
