The Strategic Planning course is designed to be a training program that aims to clarify the method of preparing and implementing strategic plans efficiently, through which the organization works to determine its strategy or direction, and make decisions regarding allocating its resources to follow up on this strategy, in addition to the control mechanisms to guide its implementation. Strategic planning is an important aspect of strategic management carried out by strategic planners. Through this program, participants will be able to develop the ability to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges facing the facility in which they operate, and to determine the main objectives and design strategic plans, as the planning process helps ensure that plans are studied in a complete manner and in a flexible, practical and economically feasible manner, in addition to benefiting from errors that may occur during the project stages in future projects and making decisions based on them. The difference between the types of planning; strategic and operational, as well as the various analytical methods used in strategic planning such as Potter analysis, strategic gap analysis, Boston analysis, PESTEL analysis, and SWOT analysis, in addition to defining the concept of KPI, and how to monitor the implementation of the strategic plan developed.
