Amman – Jordan: Tanmeyah- Jordan Microfinance Network held a “Basic and Advanced Marketing & Communication” training to MFI Employees supported by EU. The training course aimed to build MFI Employees' capacity and enable them to take a creative marketing decision that reflects on the company and the customers by offering the best product & services.
In addition, the training focused on the concept of marketing and how to build a solid marketing strategy and plan. 
The training course lasted for four days, including group workshops and other activities. Mr. Saleem Executive Director of Tanmeyah “Jordan Microfinance Network” hand over the certificates to the trainees.
This training course was enforcement for Tanmeyah's strategy, to enhance the capabilities of the microfinance sector's staff to comply with international best practices. The practices and policies of MFIs in Jordan based on principle and the foundations of responsible finance, to provide value-added reflected on the living standards of the targeted group.
Tanmeyah's role is not only to support and develop institutions but also to develop a sustainable microfinance industry that will become an integral part of the national financial system in Jordan. It will play an active role in supporting the further development of the microfinance industry, providing advocacy and awareness raising on behalf of its members, promoting information and disseminating the latest developments and trends for the sector.
