Mrs. Al-Khasawneh holds a master's degree in International Political Economy from Yarmouk University and earned an excellent rate with honors, in addition to the professional certificates in human resource management, capital management, project management, and business development for VIP brand business entities in Jordan.

With more than 12 years of experience, Mrs. Al-Khasawneh leads several positions in various international and governmental private sector companies, as well as leading well-known training & development Academies focused on economic empowerment programs for youth and women, vocational training, and training end with employment.

Mrs. Al-Khasawneh was also honored by many official and international entities for her excellence in leading development projects and launching non-traditional platforms to reduce the level of unemployment. she has represented Jordan in many international forums, sign many cooperation agreements & partnerships to encourage all sectors abroad to invest in Jordan, creating an investment environment and providing job opportunities for all categories in the local community.
